During the ceremony of the Instituto Superior Técnico day, celebrated on the 23rd of May, 27 professors of the physics department were rewarded with the IST prize of Academic Excellence in Teaching relative to the academic year 2021-2022.

Among the professors awarded this prize, we have the GoLP members Gonçalo Nuno Marmelo Foito Figueira, Hugo Fernando Santos Terças, Hugo Filipe de Almeida Pires, Marta Leitão Mota Fajardo, Miguel José Ferreira Pardal, Pedro Afonso Cosme e Silva and Victor Hariton. The GoLP members represent 25% of the professors awarded this award this year in the whole physics department.
